Session on “Inner Power for Success” at Manav Rachna University
Department of Mathematics in collaboration with Manav Rachna Centre for Peace and Sustainability, ManavRachna University organized a session on “Inner Power for Success” under the campaign “Inner Peace through Inner Technology” by IT Wing of RajyogaEducation and Research Foundation for faculty and students recently.
B.K. Sonika, a Rajyoga teacher and trainer under the domain of the Om Shanti Retreat Center (ORC), Gurugram was the Guest Speaker for the session. The aim of the session was to create awareness to live and work in a balanced, stress-free and positive way.
B. K. Sonika explained that the same could be achieved by evoking dormant inner powers. She emphasized that the outside world can be perfect once the inner self is at peace. She gave simple techniques to create a positive lifestyle. The audience tasted the essence of peace and positivity through mediation conducted during the session. The session was attended by respected Deans, HOD’s, faculty members and students from different departments of the university.
The entire session was highly interactive and fruitful for the audience. Every person was able to connect to the concept of Inner powers in one’s life and the need to unleash them.

IT WING Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation conducted a Session on the Topic ”Digital Detoxification”, at JBM Industries, on 20th Feb-2020, Thursday.
The Session was taken up by Bk Poonam Behn, from NIT main center, Faridabad, and was attended by CFO of JBM and all senior staff members of the Company.
The Session was supported by our special guests Ms. Taru Malik, and Mr. Vishal Malik, Head, Netmaxims Pvt. Ltd.

IT WING Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation conducted a Session for Doctors, on “Inner Peace Through Inner Technology”, at Brahma Kumaris Center, Sec-11c, on 22nd Feb-2020, Saturday.
The Session was taken up by Dr. Reena Tomar, from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, and was attended by various Doctors from NIMA, Faridabad.
The Session started with honoring center Sister, President NIMA, Dr. Suresh Passi. The Faculty was honored by Dr. Atul Aggarwal, General Secretary, NIMA.
The Vote of Thanks was given by Dr. Anil Sharma, Chairman, NIMA. The session was supported by our special guests Dr. Kshama Bhatia, Dr. Neeraj, and Dr. Aruna. Everyone was quite benefitted by the special talk and meditation that took place during the program.
