Experience: When I am optimistic I am able to understand that there is something good that is hidden in everything that happens. I am able to enjoy seeing only this positive aspect, filling me with positivity. So my happiness spreads around and touches the lives of those around me.

To be free from guilt means to ensure quick and easy progress.
Expression: Blaming oneself for all that happens and taking the mind to extreme levels of guilt takes one to a sense of unworthiness. Such a person loses the strength and is unable to look for solutions in difficult situations. Hence there is nothing new that can be thought of, and the situation doesn’t get any better.
Experience: When I continue to blame myself, I believe that I deserver neither happiness nor love and that the sorrow that I am experiencing is a deserved punishment. So I lose all enthusiasm to improve the situation and have no awareness of the treasures that I have. So I experience no progress in my life.

To have the balance of being a master and a child is to experience constant success.
Expression: To have the right balance means to know when to be a master and when to be a child. When one gives an idea or makes a contribution, it is as a master – with total authority. But while the idea is heard by others and is being criticised I become a child. There is no attachment to the idea, but the mind is open to receive new thoughts in order to enrich what is already there.
Experience: When I am able to maintain a balance between being master and a child, I am able to experience constant happiness I am able to put forth my creative ideas with confidence. Yet I am not upset when someone criticises my ideas. On the contrary, I am constantly learning and moving forward. So I constantly experience success.

Experience: True understanding is to understand what the solution of the problem is and bring it into my own life accordingly. Expression:Contentment enables one to have a positive outlook towards life. So the one who is content always works towards solutions, as he is never disturbed with situations, but is always relaxed. Experience: When I am content with everything that is happening, I am able to be light in all situations. So even in the biggest difficulty, I am never caught up with the problem, but am always thinking of the solution. Contemplation:The instruments for the power of silence are pure thoughts and pure feelings. You can give others an experience with the power of your silence. Application: When you have to correct someone in any situation remind yourself that words will not work but silence based on pure feelings and love will surely work. Each action of an honest person becomes an inspiration for those around.
Experience: When I am honest I break internal barriers. I am not caught up with the seeming negativity of the situation, nor do I feel helpless by the limitations set out by the situation. Expression:To be responsible means to recognise the importance of one’s own role. That means there is the understanding that others’ transformation is dependent on one’s own transformation. Expression:When a difficult situation comes up there are waste questions in the mind either about the past or about the future. Questions like ‘why did it happen like this?’ or ‘What will happen now?’ are very common. But to keep the mind busy with waste questions is to block it from using its capability of finding solutions. On the other hand, to finish waste questions, means to keep the mind free for finding solutions.
Experience: When I keep my mind free from waste questions, I am able to be alert and find the right answer to every problem. I have the confidence and I know that every problem has a solution.
